Here you will find the most frequently asked questions we get on the site. We hope they might help you with any queries you might have.
Q) Can you pass on a message to Simone for me?
A) Unfortunately, we aren't able to take any messages for Simone through the site. There is a contact address given (see the Personal Section of the site). This is for a holding address via Simone's agents. Please remember they are an agency and can't take personal messages for Simone either.
Q) Does Simone ever answer her fan mail?
A) We don't know of any fans receiving a reply in more recent years but she will give fans her time at events where possible.
Q) How can I make contact with other Simone Fans?
A) We have a message board that allows Simone fans to chat. See The Fans section of the website for more details.
Q) How do I know what is true and what is rumour about Simone?
A) We always ensure any information we have is confirmed. If you know of inaccurate information we carry, we would love to hear what and where it is.
Q) Is Simone really a lesbian?
A) No. Simone played the role of Helen Stewart superbly, but isn't a lesbian in real life and is married.
Q) Can I use any information from the site for my own board or website?
A) Most of it - Yes.
However, please just be courteous and acknowledge where the information has come from (a small text link is all that is required) and not to pass it off as your own material.
Also please note that not all images have permission from their respective copyright holders to be used anywhere online other than here. If in doubt which pictures they might be, please check with us first! That way you will avoid any nasty surprises when the real copyright owner comes along.
Q) I have permission to use some images. Can I link straight to them?
A) Please do NOT link directly to images on this site. This takes our very valuable bandwidth, which is limited each month and our largest expense. Use another hosting service, and link from there. Two excellent free hosts are Photobucket and Imageshack.
Q) Can I have a signed picture of Simone please?
A) Unfortunately we can't supply pictures at this time.
Q) Why do you have to ask for donations to run this site?
A) Unfortunately while we give our extensive time to run this site for free, there are actual costs involved in hosting the site that we can't avoid. We always want to make sure the site has as much material as possible for fans, but this comes at a cost. We can only continue to maintain the site at its present level because of donations. Without them, most of the sites content would be lost.
